What we collect

Only what you put in the enquiry form: your name, company (if any), email, optional phone number and website, the route, timing and load details, and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us and who referred you.

Why we use it

To review your enquiry, ask questions, quote, and arrange transport if you go ahead. We may also keep a record of enquiries for our business and accounting records.

Who sees it

Enquiries are received through our website host, Netlify, which processes form submissions for us and emails them to TBM Sameday. If you book, we share the collection, delivery and load details with the driver or independent carrier we use for your job. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 3 months, both from our website form records and from our email. Records of work we carry out are kept separately for as long as the law requires for business and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
